What You Need
60g Gourmet Free From – Curry Sauce
6 pieces vegan mock fish slices
6 ladies fingers plant (cut into 2 )
1 Egg plant, cut into Stick
2 pieces tomatoes (quartered)
180ml Coconut Milk
30gm tamarind + 150g water, mix well
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp salt , to taste
How To Make
Deep fry mock fish slices. Set aside.
Add 150ml of water in a saucepan and whisk in Gourmet “Free From” Curry Sauce.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 mins
Add 30gm tamarind, and coconut milk.
Add Steamed ladies fingers, egg plant, sugar and salt.
Add fried mock fish and mix well.
Simmer for 20 – 30 mins
